Thank you for being associated with Arrezted.com. By using our services or the Affiliate or Merchandise, hereby, you have agreed to our terms and conditions.

User Agreement:

• You agree that you are the owner of the information, trademarks, and logos, and hold the copyrights of the same, which you use on
your custom design through Neo Trenz. And otherwise, you agree to present Neo Trenz with evidence of valid permissions from the actual owner.

• You agree that the literature, expression, insignia, etc. used in your campaign are not in violation of the law, Neo Trenz policy and are
not offensive to a third party.

• You agree that upon acknowledgment of any claim which does not fall in line with Neo Trenz policy, Neo Trenz holds the sole authority
and discretion of taking a decision, of disassociating itself from any ties with you or your order.

• You agree to hold Neo Trenz unrelated issues towards any legal violation (Designs or Patterns) arising from or relating to the usage of Neo Trenz Affiliated service.

• In Affiliated service, you agree that Neo Trenz is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage, lost profits, or other consequences
occurred in the event of following the agreement or your use of Neo Trenz services.

• You agree that Neo Trenz hereby holds the authority to disclose your contact information to a third party that satisfactorily persuades
the violation of intellectual property.

•  The Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Karnataka and the laws of India applicable
therein, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. The parties irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru with respect to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Service.

• You hereby, accept to abide by the policy/Terms of Services of Neo Trenz as a whole.

➢      Neo Trenz has the right to take legal action on those people whether they may be a third party or an Affiliated person, who use the
designs of Neo Trenz without permission or consent from Arrezted.com.

By violating the user agreement, you hence would be subject to disassociation with Neo Trenz and any other benefits linked to it.

Point to note: The artwork, samples, fonts, content, and other information present on the Neo Trenz website is the property of Neo Trenz. It’s available for you to generate your design. However, that does not entitle you to any kind of authority over the material or any of its reproductions.
