The refund / Return / Exchange policy is not applicable on any of the Custom designed products.
The product return option is not available. A refund is applicable only if the product is not delivered within mentioned working days of order placement. If there is any delay in delivering the package from the courier partner refund is not applicable.
At Neo Trenz we maintain utmost precision in delivering only the best to you. We request you to follow the below-mentioned points:
. In some cases, the color of the t-shirt/product or the print on it might differ slightly from the product mock shown on the website since viewing a product on digital media and live will have a difference. We do not provide returns or cancellations of any products based on this variation.
· Make sure you have placed the right order for size, design, and color as we cannot accept cancellation requests once the order is processed from our end.
· Product will be replaced in case of damage on delivery for which you need to send Video/Image to support@neotrenz.com, video should not be paused or edited. If the package is open/tampered with, we suggest you accept the same and inform us at support@neotrenz.com to make the necessary arrangement for replacement.
· In case of any return/refund process-
* The COD charges will not be refunded.
* Refund process will start once we receive the product to our warehouse, as we need to check the product is in its original condition.
* Refund is initiated through the bank it may take several days to get deposited in your account.
* There will be no return/replacement for items purchased under offer.
